Lost in Translation
I don’t know why, but I can't stop laughing at this note written by a nutritionist that I just read in a child's chart:
“Baby is allergy at the peaches.”
She would probably laugh too if I attempted to communicate in Spanish, so I don’t feel so bad. I went to Babelfish translation site and typed in random sentences that I thought were correct in Spanish. They turned out to be equally amusing sentences when translated to English:
I typed: Yo estoy la mujer mas brillante del mundo.
Translation: "I am the woman but shining of the world."
I typed: Monte le gustan bebiendo de los cervezas.
Translation: "Monte it likes drinking of the beers."
I need to go back to Spain. Keenan is forget at the Spanish.
